- Pool Maintenance: For stays of 6 days or more, a complimentary mid-stay pool cleaning will be scheduled.
- Seasonal Pests: Please be aware that ladybug season in the mountains occurs in October and November. While our home undergoes monthly pest control, their presence is a natural occurrence. We can only sweep them up and cannot offer refunds for this.
- No Refunds Policy: Please understand that we cannot provide refunds for circumstances beyond our control, including weather events, natural disasters, power outages, acts of God, or other unforeseen situations.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
